Service providers who help us operate, such as hosting, analytics, email, scheduling, and CRM vendors, who are permitted to use it only to provide services to us.
Advertising platforms such as Meta and Google to measure and deliver campaigns. These platforms may match data to your account, which can be treated as a “sale” or “share” under certain laws. See Section 10 for how to opt out.
Legal and safety reasons when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with continued protection of your information.
6. Third-Party Links
Our website and content may link to sites or platforms we do not control, including social media. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.

Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To opt out of advertising-related sharing, you can adjust cookie controls on our site and use the opt-out tools provided by Meta (facebook.com/about/ads) and Google (adssettings.google.com). To submit any other request, contact us using Section 14. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
California’s “Shine the Light” law also lets California residents request information about disclosures to third parties for direct marketing. We do not share personal information for third-party direct marketing.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for responding to it, so our site does not currently respond to these signals. You can still manage tracking through the cookie controls described above.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
