Client-owned content

Content, footage, logos, and brand assets you provide to us remain your property. Upon full payment of all fees, Parrots Lab LLC assigns to you the agreed deliverables as specified in your Service Agreement.

4. Payments and Fees

• Fees are outlined in the applicable Statement of Work or invoice and are due as specified therein.

• Late payments may be subject to interest at the rate permitted by applicable law.

• We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for accounts with outstanding balances.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of our agreement. Neither party will disclose the other’s confidential information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parrots Lab LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the relevant Service Agreement. Parrots Lab LLC reserves the right to terminate access to this website at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Riverside County, California.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
